A little bit ago, around Easter, I came up with this cupcake recipe to use up my very ripe & browned bananas! They really turned out to be delicious and are now one of our family favorites! Give them a try for desert tonight!
Banana-Sour Cream Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting

Cook time: 30 mins
Total time: 40 mins
1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 cup mashed bananas
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup oil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients until well blended.
Pour mixture into a 9X13 greased+floured baking pan or lined muffin tins.
Bake until golden brown.
Cool Completely before frosting.
