Okay so summer isn't quite in full season...it's really only the beginning of spring...but it has been nice enough to enjoy some outside time. Stacey's parents wanted to take Logan to lunch today and since it was around the same time I was planning to run a few errands and stop at the park to play a little, I said that would be great! So they grabbed lunch and I ran my errands and we met up at the park. They already had started playing on the toys with Logan, he wasn't interested AT ALL in eating lunch! When I arrived my m-in-l prepared me explaining that she has no idea how this happened! Logan I guess was climbing up a slide in a section of the park that is still closed because it is a spray park and Grandma told him that it was closed and he couldn't go up it, and when he got off and turned around there was his shiner! They said that he never once cried or acted hurt and when they asked him how it happened he basically ignored them and ran to the other set of toys. Gosh! I am still in shock that the kid is so tough. Seriously it looked like there was a prune under his skin. When I asked him what happened he looked at me like I was annoying him and kept playing. Usually he wants to tell me all about his owies (how in the world to you spell that...is it even a word?)! He thought it was pretty cool tonight when Stacey pulled out a bag of frozen veggies from the freezer and showed him how to lay on his little couch with the bag on his head!
